Every two years, for the European Biennial, the town of Stia in Casentino, is reaffirmed as the cradle of Blacksmith Art for artists, apprentices and lovers of this practice, who come from all over the world. A demonstration of skill and passion not to be missed by those who participate each year, as well as by those who have not yet had the chance to attend. An opportunity to rediscover such an ancient form of art with a modern outlook, in such a sensational location. 
As backdrop for the Biennial, the Casentino Valley boasts spectacular landscapes. Rich in historic, artistic and cultural heritage, the valley also offers multiple possibilities to taste traditional Tuscan cuisine and local products. 

This year, in addition to the World Championship of the Blacksmiths, a Photography Contest as well as a Drawing and Design Contest, will be held.
